SERENIQUE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all membership plans offered by Serenique Retreat (“Serenique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a Serenique membership, you agree to the terms, responsibilities, and privileges described below.
Serenique is a sanctuary devoted to rest, emotional exhale, nervous system restoration, and mindful luxury. These Terms are designed to support a smooth, fair, and harmonious experience for all members.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 18+ who:
• Agree to all spa rules, etiquette, and conduct policies
• Maintain a valid form of payment on file
• Are able to use the facilities safely and respectfully
• Understand that Serenique is a shared sanctuary space
Serenique reserves the right to approve, decline, or discontinue a membership at its discretion to maintain a peaceful environment.
2. Membership Options & Pricing Structure
Serenique offers two membership formats:
A. Month-to-Month Memberships (Flexible)
• No long-term contract
• Cancel anytime (see Section 9)
• No cancellation fee
• Priced at a higher rate than Seasonal memberships
• Auto-renews monthly
• No refunds for unused time
This option offers flexibility and spontaneity for guests who prefer a non-committal rhythm.
B. Seasonal Memberships (3-Month Commitment)
• Minimum 3-month commitment required
• Discounted pricing (lower than monthly option)
• Auto-renews each season unless cancelled
• Requires 30-day written notice to end after commitment period
• Early termination fee: $100
• No refunds on unused membership time
Seasonal memberships are ideal for individuals seeking stable, consistent wellness integration.
3. Billing, Autopay & Payment Policies
All memberships:
• Are billed monthly via autopay
• Require a valid debit or credit card on file
• Auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms
• Must be paid on time to remain active
Failure to process payment may result in pause or termination of benefits until resolved.
Receipts, invoices, and membership details may be requested at any time through our concierge.
4. Retreat Credits & Expiration Windows
Each membership tier receives monthly retreat credits. Credits:
• Are released at the start of each billing cycle
• Are non-refundable
• Do not stack beyond the rollover window
• Automatically expire if unused within time frame
Credit Rollover Windows:
• Renewal Waters: 30 days
• Awakened Springs: 60 days
• Oasis Escape: 60 days
Credits may be used for day-pass sanctuary access or designated services as defined by your tier.
5. Membership Pause / Stall Privilege
Members may pause or “stall” a scheduled appointment per billing cycle with:
• No penalty
• No fee
• No loss of value
A stalled appointment converts into a member credit that follows that tier’s expiration window.
Seasonal members may pause their membership itself after three active months if needed (subject to approval and does not waive term completion or early termination fee if within commitment period).
6. Member Guest Pass Privileges
Guest privileges vary by tier:
Renewal Waters
• 15% off one guest pass per month
Awakened Springs
• 50% off one guest pass per month
• 15% off a second guest pass
Oasis Escape
• 1 complimentary guest pass per month
• 25% off a second guest pass
Guest passes must:
• Be used during the member’s visit
• Follow all spa rules and etiquette
• Not be redeemed for refunds or credits
Serenique may limit guest access during peak hours.
7. Membership Perks & Complimentary Enhancements
Each tier includes designated complimentary enhancements. These may include aromatherapy, stone elements, LED mini-therapy, oxygen boosts, foot soaks, robe upgrades.
Perks:
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or credits
• Are provided once per visit or per billing cycle per tier rules
• Are subject to availability and seasonal rotation
8. Changes, Rescheduling & Missed Visits
Members receive more flexible terms than non-member guests.
8.1 Rescheduling:
• Members may reschedule "stall" an appointment before the scheduled start time according to their tier:
Renewal Waters Members
• 0 stall allowances per billing cycle
• Any missed appointment follows the Missed Visit policies below
Awakened Springs Members
• 1 stall per billing cycle
• Stalled appointment converts to a 60-day member credit
Oasis Escape Members
• 2 stalls per billing cycle
• Each stalled appointment converts to a 60-day member credit
Stalls must be requested before the scheduled start time. Unused stalls do not roll over.
8.2 Missed Appointments:
Missed visits (“no-shows”) convert to credits or refunds as defined below.
Renewal Waters Members (Base)
• Refund permitted only within 4-hour purchase grace period
• After grace period: missed visit becomes a 60-day member credit
Awakened Springs Members (Mid-Tier)
• Same as Renewal Waters unless a stalled appointment was used (see 8.1) • Refund permitted only within 4-hour purchase grace period
• After grace period: missed visit becomes a 60-day member credit
Oasis Escape Members (Premium)
• Refund permitted within 4-hour grace period
• After grace period: eligible for 90-day member credit
• May convert credit to a 100% value gift card, non-expiring
8.3 No-Show Scaling for Members (Applies to All Tiers)
To maintain accountability and fairness:
• 1st & 2nd missed visit (within 6 months):
→ Full credit (if claimed within 7 days)
• 3rd & 4th missed visit (within 6 months):
→ 50% credit value
• 5th missed visit:
→ Fully forfeited
→ Membership review may occur
8.4 Automatic Credits for Members in Good Standing
Members in good financial standing (no overdue payments, holds, or billing failures) receive:
✔ Automatic credit application
✔ No need to submit a request
✔ Credit length based on tier
This is a courtesy benefit extended only to active members in good standing.
8.5 Members Not in Good Standing
If a billing failure, overdue amount, or frozen account exists:
• Missed-visit credits will not be automatically issued
• Member must reach out within 7 days to request a review
• Credits issue only after the account is brought current
• Issued at 50% value at Serenique’s discretion
• After 7 days: no credit available
8.6 Early Exit Policy
If a guest or member leaves before service completion:
• No refund / No credit
• Early exit is treated as a completed service
8.7 On-Site Cancellation Before Service Start Time
Guests who are physically on site and request cancellation before the service start time are:
• Eligible for a refund, credit, or gift card,
• Minus a $20 service release fee
This fee applies to all approved resolutions and honors staff preparation and allocated time.
8.8 The $20 Service Release Fee
The following always trigger the $20 service release fee:
✔ On-site cancellations
✔ Requests for refund or credit after arrival
✔ Conversions to gift cards (premium members)
✔ Any service that was prepared but not completed
This fee never applies to stalls that fall within a member’s stall limit.8.3 Early Exit:
Leaving a scheduled service early does not qualify for refund or additional credit.
9. Membership Cancellation
A. Month-to-Month Memberships
• Cancel anytime
• No cancellation fee
• No refunds for unused time
• Must cancel prior to next billing date to avoid auto-renewal
B. Seasonal Memberships
• Require completion of the full 3-month commitment
• Early termination fee: $100
• After commitment period: 30-day notice required to avoid next renewal
Unused credits at the time of cancellation are forfeited.
10. Conduct, Respect & Community Standards
Members must follow all Serenique policies, including:
• Safety & Respect Code
• Harassment-free environment expectations
• Locker room, water sanctuary, and phone etiquette
• Quiet, mindful social behavior
Serenique reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for behavior that disrupts the sanctuary experience for others.
No refunds are issued in cases of termination due to misconduct.
11. Liability, Health, & Wellness Acknowledgment
By enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that:
• Serenique is not a medical facility
• Some services may involve heat, cold, water immersion, minerals, aromatics, or physical exertion
• You are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, and health conditions
• You must consult your physician before participating if pregnant or managing medical concerns
Members agree to hold Serenique harmless for outcomes resulting from:
• Non-disclosure of conditions
• Misuse of facilities
• Failure to follow staff guidance
• Adverse reactions not related to negligence
12. Policy Updates
Serenique may update these Membership Terms periodically.
The most current version will always be posted on our website.
Continued membership constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
13. Closing Statement
Serenique memberships are created with intention — to support a rhythm of restoration, deepen your connection to peace, and invite you into a sanctuary where consistency becomes transformation.
