What to bring to Your Visit
Just a swimsuit and yourself. We provide robes, slippers, towels, and lockers. Personal water bottles are welcome; outside food is not.
Attire & Comfort
Comfortable swimwear or spa-appropriate garments are required in all hydro-thermal areas. We encourage modest, mindful attire that aligns with shared serenity
Accessibility & Mobility Considerations
We welcome all guests and will do our best to accommodate varying needs. Certain wellness areas may include small step-ups or step-downs into hydro or thermal features. If you’d like guidance or assistance, please let us know in advance so we may prepare a supported experience.
Pregnancy & Wellness Safety Guidance
With provider approval, certain services may be enjoyed at your comfort level. Some heated or thermal areas may not be suitable. Please share any concerns privately so we may guide you.
Minor Age & Supervision Standards
Serenique is an adult-focused sanctuary. Guests 15–17 are welcome with a guardian and must follow sanctuary etiquette.
For children’s milestones or private family celebrations, curated private-event options are available.

Multi Service bookings
Yes — we encourage you to fully immerse yourself in your escape by designing your perfect retreat. You’re welcome to pre-book multiple treatments or enhance your experience with additional services in the moment!

Arrival Timing & Flow
We suggest arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time to check in, settle, breathe, and ease into the space.

A standard day-pass grants access to our signature halotherapy, sauna, main lounge, and water sanctuary spaces.
Luxe experiences include Mud Pool Access.

The Selah Stay Window
Serenique is designed to feel unhurried, spacious, and timeless — a place where you can truly settle.
To support flow, comfort, and availability for all, Day-Pass and House-Amenity guests may enjoy the sanctuary spaces for up to 4 hours per reservation window, with relaxed transitions and time to integrate, unwind, and breathe deeply.
Guests who are receiving scheduled spa services or treatments may remain beyond the 4-hour window as needed to complete their full experience — your journey may continue beyond your sanctuary window when guided by reserved treatments.

Phones & Photos Etiquette
Phone use is discouraged beyond the locker area. If needed, please keep devices silent, discreet, and screen-dimmed. Photography is not permitted unless only your party is visible and no guests are captured.

Complimentary water and tea service are offered. Additional beverages or nourishment may be available seasonally.

Late Arrival | Missed Visit | Early Exit
15-minute grace applies; no time extensions.
Missed visits are non-refundable.
On-site day-pass guests may request a same-day credit; members receive softer terms according to their tier benefits. Early exits are non-refundable unless the service is released before the scheduled start time while on-site. Any approved refund, credit, or gift card conversion will incur a $20 service release fee to honor staff time, preparation, and resource allocation.
