Youth & Minor Participation Policy

Serenique is an intentionally curated environment designed for quiet renewal, mindful relaxation, and elevated, adult-centered sanctuary experiences.

Guests 15–17 years old may visit only with active guardian consent and continuous in-person supervision, and must be able to honor the emotional tone, etiquette, and shared serenity of the retreat. Guests under 15 years old are not eligible for standard booking and our website and services are not directed toward children under that age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without appropriate guardian involvement, and if such information is unintentionally obtained, it will be removed as appropriate.

To preserve the ambiance and experience intended for our guests, minors must remain calm, respectful, and quietly engaged throughout their visit. Should behavior or energy disrupt the sanctuary environment, Serenique reserves the right to end the visit without refund or credit.

For families seeking a celebration or shared healing moment, private-event options may be available. These customized bookings allow us to create a controlled, age-appropriate, and meaningful experience while maintaining the spa’s signature atmosphere for all guests.
